6th Analytical
School Brazil 2018
On behalf of the organizing committee we invites all 38 research groups from INCTBio to attend “6th Bioanalytical School” during November 28-30, 2018 in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil, which includes mini-courses, oral talks (in english and portuguese) and poster presentations (in english). INCTBio (funded by FAPESP and CNPq) is coordinated by Professor Lauro Tatsuo Kubota (IQ-UNICAMP) and comprises researchers from several Brazilian universities involved with researches in the field of biological, pharmaceutical, chemical and medical areas with focus on development of new analytical tools for the study of biological systems, development of biosensors for the detection of biomarkers for diagnosis, and discoveries of new biologically active compounds for faster diagnosis of diseases.
Some researchers also work in the field of education with the aim of expanding the teaching and dissemination of Bionalytical, popularizing science in Brazilian society in general. INCTBio has also allowed international scientific collaboration with expert researchers in Bioanalytical from different universities, such as Dublin City University, Havard University, Cambridge University, Southampton University, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Rutgers University Press, Cornell University, and Colorado University.
In the last Bioanalytical School held at Federal University of ABC, were presented 30 poster and 32 oral talks, being 5 researchers from the United States of America.
The 6th Bioanalytical school is free-charge for all 38 research groups of INCTBio. However, it will be possible expand the number of participants and the selection will be based on studies related to the bioanalytical themes.
